How do I join American Ancestors or renew my membership?

Join or Renew Online

To join or renew a membership online, select "Join or Renew" from the Membership tab on the home page. Join or renew here.

Once on our Join or Renew page, select the desired membership tier and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your transaction.

Join or Renew by Phone

To join or renew a membership over the phone, you can contact Member Services at 888-296-3447 (choose option 1) Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.

Join or Renew by Postal Mail

To join or renew a membership via mail, you can send a check to the following address:

ATTN: Member Services

Boston, MA 02116

Please make all checks payable to American Ancestors and leave the note "Membership" in the memo line.
