I would like a refund/to return a purchase from the bookstore.

You may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are contingent on the condition of the returned items and may not be granted if items are out of their original packaging or damaged.  

If you would like to make a return, please notify us of your request by either calling us at 888-296-3447 and choose option 1, or emailing thebookstore@americanancestors.org. 

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned items, at which point you will receive an email notification of the refund.
