I only received part of an order, where is the rest?

If you have received a shipment that does not contain your full order, please be aware of the following:

  • All charts ship separately from books, as they are shipped in a tube on their own.
  • Larger orders are sometimes sent in multiple shipments, and you may be receiving a second package soon.
  • An item may have recently become out of stock. (Though we try to alert our customers as soon as we can if this is the case.)
  • This item may be part of a subscription and will arrive once the next volume has been published.
  • You pre-ordered a book that has not yet been released, and will ship once it is available.

If you have questions on an order you placed that has not fully arrived, and it has been more than 10 days since you received the partial order, you may feel free to contact us at thebookstore@nehgs.org or 888-296-3447 and choose option 1 to inquire about the status of the order.
