I didn't receive the link to join an online event I registered for.

Free Webinars

If you registered for a free webinar, try registering for the webinar again and check your spam folder for the email. If you still do not receive it, contact us at membership@nehgs.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1). Keep in mind that all webinars are recorded and will be posted on our website the following day.


Paid Online Events

If you registered for a paid online event, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at membership@nehgs.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1). Keep in mind that all online events are recorded and will be available to view afterwards. If the event is recorded in collaboration with WGBH, the recording will be available in 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, the recording is usually available the day after the live broadcast.


Paid Online Courses

If you registered for a paid online course, keep in mind that the link to the course will not be sent immediately after registering, but will be sent a few days prior to the start of the course. 

If you believe you should have received the link, check your spam folder. You may also check to see if the course information and link has been added to your "My Account" page. Log into your account on AmericanAncestors.org, click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner, and select “Digital Content” from the left-hand menu. The course information should be included there.

If you the course information is not in your inbox or under your "My Account" page, contact us at membership@nehgs.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1). Keep in mind that all of the lectures will be recorded and available the day after the live broadcast.
