I registered for an online event but can’t find the link to join. What should I do?

If you registered for a free online event, try registering for the webinar again and check your spam folder for the email. If you still do not receive your link to join, contact us at membership@americanancestors.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1). 

Keep in mind that all webinars are recorded and will be posted on our website the following day.


Paid Online Events

If you registered for a paid online event, check your spam folder. If you still do not have your link to join, contact us at membership@americanancestors.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1).

Paid Online Courses

If you registered for a paid online course, keep in mind that the link to join course sessions will not be sent immediately after registering, but will be sent a few days prior to the start of the course. Course information, links, and recordings can also be found under “My Account” > “My Profile” > “Digital Content” when logged in to your account.

If the course information is not in your inbox or under your "My Account" page, contact us at membership@americanancestors.org or 888-296-3447 (choose option 1).  Keep in mind that all of the lectures will be recorded and available the day after the live broadcast.
