I'm trying to join, but it says "there is already an account with this email address."
If you are receiving a message stating that your email address is already in use for an account, you likely have created one in the past as a guest. If you do not remember the password you might have used, we recommend resetting the password associated with this older account.
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" at the log-in screen:
Once reset, you may log in with your email and updated password to continue.
